I started tutoring students in 2014 at the University Public Library in Jacksonville, Florida. In the Summer of 2015, I went to 5 libraries to reach as many scholars as possible for a reasonable price. As of today, Jasmine and I tutor 60 scholars from various states in Math, Reading, Biology, and Chemistry.
Zoom tutoring that gets results in one session, kindergarten to 12th grade. Each scholar will receive 1 hour each in Math and Reading weekly. Scholars had 2 to 5 years of growth in an academic year.
Tutoring prices are $60 weekly for 2-hour sessions.

Hello, my name is Kendra Johnson, and I am excited to offer tutoring services for scholars in the United States. I received my Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in communications from the University of Phoenix in June 2012 and my Master's in Higher Education in Leadership from Saint Thomas University on October 11, 2020. I am currently attending Saint Thomas University to complete my PhD in Ethical Leadership. I have coached teachers on closing achievement gaps with minorities at both advanced and Title 1 schools as well as increasing academic achievement two to five grade levels in a year. I have worked as a teacher for twenty years and an instructional coach for three years. I have received several Academic Achievement awards for mentoring and teaching advanced and high-risk students in math. I have taught middle to high school math and earned a highly effective evaluation at three middle schools with a 100 percent student growth since my entry with Duval County Public Schools in 2016. I was recognized as a Florida High Impact Teacher in March 2018, March 2019, and March 2020, and I am currently a member of the Florida High Impact Teacher Corp. I have moved students from lower level one to a level five on the Florida Standard Assessment Test in one academic year. In 2019, my seventh-grade advanced math class was at the ninth-grade to college level according to the NWEA here in Phoenix, Arizona. My style of teaching math is through hands-on and interactive approaches, such as manipulatives, shaving cream, Zumba, and obstacle courses, to name a few.
Jasmine Johnson attended Stanton College Preparatory High School in Jacksonville, Florida, and received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida. She currently is a Biology Teacher at Basis Schools in Phoenix, Arizona.
